  • Where is the store based?

    Texas City, TX

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Not currently due to Covid-19. And most packages taking up to 6 months to reach their destinations.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    About 2 to 10 business days for states in the USA.
    Roughly 4 to 15 days for orders outside the US.

  • The item is out of stock, can you make more and how long will it take?

    Of course I'll make more, but for how long it will take depends on why it's out of stock.
    If it's out because I simply don't have any on had then clay items will take a few hours to complete. Resin items can take up to 3 days depending on how many layers I have to use.
    If it's out because I'm low on supplies then it can take up to a week since I have them shipped to me.

  • I'm having problems with my payments.

  • I noticed you don't say how long some of your necklaces are.

    Forgive me, it slips my mind to add how long they are. My necklaces are 18 inches and my chokers are 13 with a 3 inch extender.
